BOOKING CONDITIONS

1 - OPTION

You can ask for an option by email, stating the requested dates and number in party. Bookings are contracted for a minimum of 7 nights.

2 - BOOKING AND PAYMENT

The booking is made by paying a deposit of 25% of the total amount. We acknowledge receipt of the deposit with a contract. In case of cancellation, the deposit is not refundable even if the balance is not paid.

Balance has to be paid at least 30 days before arrival. Otherwise the booking will be cancelled.

3 - CANCELLATION

In case of cancellation, you will be billed as follow :

• up until 30 days before arrival : 25% of the total amount of the booking.
• less than 30 days before arrival and no-show : 100% of the total amount of the booking.

The booking does not include any insurance for cancellation.

Owner may cancel reservation with a 2 months notice. Deposit will be then fully refunded without any additional compensation.

4 - DEPOSIT AND EXTRA CHARGES

A deposit of 500 euros is required. This deposit, minus utilities, upkeep fees, property damages or other problems, will be returned to you upon your departure.

• Local phone voice calls and internet DSL access included.
• Water : 3 euros/m3 exceeding 50 m3.
• Heating (fuel) : 1 euro/l.
• Linen available on request : pack single 12 euros, pack double 15 euros.
• Departure cleaning fee 100 euros.
• Mooring 50 euros per week. (PER 05 depth 2m50 - 3 tonnes)
• A fee of 20 euros will be charged for each broken or lost key.

4 - RECEPTION AND KEYS

The stays last usually from saturday 3pm till saturday 10am. Pick-up of keys before 3pm. If you arrive after 3pm we would be grateful if you call us so that we may leave you the keys.

5 - CONDITIONS OF USE

The tenant must hold a personal liability insurance covering his stay. Anything owned by the tenant is under his own responsibility.

Tenants are asked :

• to take care of the house.
• not to be more people than the number indicated on the contract.
• to prevent the risks of fire.

At your arrival you will be given an inventory. Complaints about the house and the inventory must be reported in the next 24 hours. Missing or broken objects must be replaced or will be billed at your departure.

The dates and the time of departure (10am) must be strictly respected. The house must be given back in a clean state, washing up done and dishes tidy.
